These people are first class. You cannot beat the service for the price. They offer property management and asset management services to their clients. The management has over 30 years in real estate. Bob and Marshall are a great team. One is social butterfly who can speak to anyone and the other is a real estate genius. I was a tenant of this firm from 1994-2005. During that time Marshall and Bob were the best landlord I have ever had. We grew 500% over a short period of time and Dunhill always came thru from finding the space to doing the build outs for us. It is the little things that made us close. During an occasional lunch, or a Friday late afternoon kickback, they were always helping solve issues. They know everybody in Orlando! I am proud of my time with them. The company grew and was acquired a few times to where it finally rests.
