I was a tenant of this firm from 1994-2005.  During that time Marshall and Bob were the best landlord I have ever had.  We grew 500% over a short period of time and Dunhill always came thru from finding the space to doing the build outs for us. It is the little things that made us close.  During an occasional lunch, or a Friday late afternoon kickback, they were always helping solve issues.  They know everybody in Orlando! I am proud of my time with them. We have been tenants in one of the properties Dunhill manage for over a year. Our company have been renting properties for 21 years. Other than perhaps the initial showing agent, I have nothing but great things to say about Dunhill. They are always responsive to any requests. They stay on top of issues, and follow up as well. These people are first class. You cannot beat the service for the price. They offer property management and asset management services to their clients. The management has over 30 years in real estate. Bob and Marshall are a great team. One is social butterfly who can speak to anyone and the other is a real estate genius. A++++. I give Dunhill an EXCELLENT review because the application process was painless and very quick with the Dunhill Companies. The contract was reasonable and worded well, and fair to all parties. Since we have been in our offices the great customer service has continued. A big SHOUT-OUT to Kristen for making everything, well, PERFECT. I will definitely recommend Dunhill Properties. Tyler, Cyndi, Ely, and Kristen, in particular, have made the renting of a commercial office super easy.
